This website is built to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that means the site is designed to work with keyboards and screen readers, text and controls meet contrast requirements, every form field has a visible label and clear error messages, and motion respects the reduced-motion setting in your device.
What we have done
- Semantic page structure with a skip link, landmarks and one main heading per page
- Visible keyboard focus on every link and control
- Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for text
- Forms with labels, grouped options, inline errors and a focused error summary
- Text that can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content
- No content that flashes, and no motion that cannot be turned off
Known limitations
Third-party components, such as the security check on the forms, are provided by their vendors and may not meet every criterion. If one blocks you, call the pharmacy and we will take your request by phone.
